Nathan served 5 years in the United States Navy attaining the rank of E-5.

 

2 of the 5 years were spent serving with the United States Navy Ceremonial Guard in Washington D.C. taking part in many White House and Pentagon arrival ceremonies. Nathan also took part in numerous wreath laying ceremonies at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier as well as providing military funeral honors at Arlington National Cemetery.

 

Nathan trained as an aircrewman and rescue swimmer with an AW rating for anti-submarine warfare to be on helicopters and served onboard the CVN 73 USS George Washington.

 

Nathan is a veteran of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.
